Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@innimi.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos — we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Size & Fit Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.

European Union EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@innimi.com.
