Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Our in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
- Custom apparel items are made-to-order and require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free shipping on all orders $60 and over
- Flat rate $5.90 on orders under $60
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days for in-stock items
- Custom apparel (made-to-order): 7–14 business days total
Split Shipments Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items will ship separately and may arrive at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional shipping charge.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. INNIMI is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
